Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Thuma Express is built for everyone — including the many customers across Africa who rely on assistive technology, older devices, and low-bandwidth connections. We want every person to be able to learn about our services, contact us, and use this website without barriers.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site has not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit; the measures below reflect our own implementation and internal testing, and we treat conformance as an ongoing commitment rather than a completed checkbox.

What we have implemented

Known limitations

We believe in being honest about where we are:

The Thuma app on iPhone and iPad

Everything above is about this website. The app is a separate product and is assessed separately, against Apple's accessibility criteria rather than WCAG. What follows is the same list we publish on the App Store product page, in full — including the features we do not yet support.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or in the app — or have a suggestion that would make either work better for you — we genuinely want to hear about it. Contact us at brand@thumaexpress.com and include the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Enforcement and further information

This statement applies to www.thumaexpress.com and to the Thuma app for iPhone and iPad, operated by Thuma Express Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. It will be reviewed and updated as the site and the Thuma Express app evolve.
